  • Return Policy
    Each item description does have a note on our return policy. We do not accept returns on any items as they are custom made or made to order. We also are not responsible for any damages that may occur during the shipping process. If there any issues with your items contact us . We regret to inform customers that returns cannot be accepted for items where the damage or issues arise from failure to adhere to the guidelines outlined in our liability disclaimer.   • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Your order can not be cancelled after 2 days of purchase. If you need to alter your order you have a 2 day grace period to contact us and let us know of your changes. If your order has been shipped and you have received a shipping email confirmation no changes to the address or order can be made. Please be sure to also read our return policy in our FAQ section and on the item description.
  • When will my order ship?
    All of our products are handmade and made to order. Most items have a processing time of 3-5 business days as everything is made at time of purchase. If you need your purchase sooner please contact us for arrangements.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship internationally via USPS, unless otherwise noted on your shipping confirmation. Be advised that you may incur import duties or other custom fees depending on your countries regulations and laws. As shipping internationally does require a long shipment time, we can't always keep track of these, and That's Sew For Me is not responsible if your order gets held by customs and/or any fees incurred.
  • What are the shipping options?
    We ship everything as a standard shipping via USPS which takes 3-5 business days. This of course can vary in times as USPS can sometimes take longer. Please plan accordingly if you purchase is time sensitive. If you need a rush order please contact us for a price quote on rushed shipping.
  • What's the status of my order?
    Once your order has been submitted an email confirmation with all of the associated order information will be sent to the email address on file. If you haven't seen this email come through, we suggest taking a look in your promotional or spam folders as occasionally we see these get filtered there by mistake. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your associated tracking information and you can keep an eye on the order status there. At times, USPS does take some time to update the tracking.
